Red Dirt CrossFit is fitness for everyone. RDCF programs are for conditioned athletes, those stepping back into a fitness routine after a long layoff, and those who have never exercised before (really!). Our Workout of the Day (WOD) is universally scalable so anyone can walk in the door and we can tailor our program to meet you where you are. Our goal is to create strong, healthy bodies and minds through constantly varied, high intensity, functional fitness so that you can better serve your family and your community. We take an old-school approach emphasizing fundamental, functional movements with proper technique for safety and longevity. We support the physical work with nutrition support and community events to just enjoy time with each other.

If you are considering CrossFit and you are brand new, then we recommend beginning with our Basics course via small class or private training. If you are experienced with CrossFit and just in town for a short visit, we invite you to drop-in and experience our community. If you live in our area, are experienced with CrossFit and wish to visit our gym, just call or email and we will schedule a free trial visit.
