CROSSFIT
CrossFit programming is designed to provide fitness for everyone, no matter where you start. Everyone is here to improve themselves, enjoy working with like-minded, fun people and supporting each other while doing high-intensity compound functional movements. The diversity of abilities of our athletes and camaraderie makes RDCF your ‘third place’, where you look forward to your workout and being with your tribe.
BARBELL CLUB
Red Dirt Barbell Club is NOT a CrossFit class! This is an Olympic Weightlifting specific class. Red Dirt Barbell Club is a USAW club that teaches Olympic weightlifting technique and form. Individualized programming available for Olympic Lifting and many of our members compete in USAW sanctioned competitions – you can do it for fun too!
This class is for anyone who wants to learn how to lift weights correctly, safely, and efficiently. Age, ability, and size do not matter in this sport, everyone is welcome.
This is not just for ‘meat heads’, olympic lifting is about learning proper technique and generating power. It is not dangerous, will not make women look like men, but is fun, challenging and will make you a better all-around athlete.
Our trained and experienced coaches take the time to teach everyone proper lifting technique and form. We want everyone to be safe, have fun, stay injury-free, and be successful!
PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal training meets multiple needs for our athletes.
1. New athletes can complete their Red Dirt CrossFit Basics training in one-on-one sessions with one of our skilled coaches, working at their own pace and learning new skills in sessions scheduled to meet their needs.
2. CrossFit and Olympic Lifting athletes can schedule sessions to work with a coach one-on-one to fine tune complex movements, and/or identify and work on movement compensations from injury or inefficient training. These one-on-one sessions can supplement and improve the athletes performance in our regular CrossFit classes.
3. Athletes that want to work one-on-one with a trainer for multiple sessions can be accommodated, transitioning into CrossFit classes later.
